Myself or someone in my party has a mobility limitation. Is there anything I need to be aware of?

Please let us know on the RSVP if you or a member of your party may need any additional support to attend any of the events during the weekend. The venue is rather large but has paved roads leading to the celebration spaces. If you need access to a personal golf cart for the weekend let us know and we can arrange this with the venue. Most of the buildings have ground level entry points however a few have 1 or 2 steps up to the main entrance, if steps are an issue please let us know and we'll make special arrangements.
